Intellectual Property:

• Unless otherwise specified, all intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and any other proprietary rights associated with the website design and related materials, remain the sole property of Masum Tech.
•  Upon full payment of the agreed fees, Masum Tech grants the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the website for its intended purpose. However, the client is prohibited from selling, reproducing, distributing, or modifying the website design without the explicit written consent of Masum Tech.

Confidentiality:

• Masum Tech acknowledges that during the course of providing services, certain confidential information may be disclosed by the client. Masum Tech agrees to treat such information as confidential and will not disclose or use it for any purpose other than fulfilling its obligations under these terms and conditions unless required by law.

Limitation of Liability:

•  Masum Tech shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, website, or any third-party links or resources.
